Team Text Alerts
Effective October 11, 2026. Iron Feather Outfitters sends internal text message alerts to its own owners and operators. We do not send marketing or promotional texts, and we do not text customers through this program.
What these texts are
When a customer asks about a hunt on our website, pays a deposit, signs a waiver, or pays an invoice, our private booking system texts the people who run the business so they can respond quickly. Messages look like this:
Iron Feather Outfitters: New hunt inquiry: Jane D, Duck, party of 2, Nov 5. Call/text 208-555-0123. Details in the CRM. Reply STOP to opt out.
Who receives them and how they opt in
Only the owners and operators of Iron Feather Outfitters receive these texts. Each person opts in by choosing to be added and entering their own mobile number on the Text Alerts page of our private, password-protected booking system, where they also pick which alerts they want. Customers and website visitors are never added to this list.
Opting out and help
Reply STOP to any alert to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. An owner can also be removed from the list at any time in the booking system. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies with booking activity.
Your information
We do not sell or share mobile numbers with third parties or affiliates for marketing. Numbers are used only to send these alerts. See our Privacy Policy and Booking & Cancellation Policy.
